The goal is to deliver practical solutions. There is also recurrent interaction with our advisors & mentors and we get industry visitors from Silicon Valley who share their experience with the students.

Who are the key mentors & advisors for this program?

That would be 'us', the partners at Naiss as well as other senior advisors we work with at Singularity University, Silicon Valley Innovation Center and Berkeley.

Our students get prepared for practical early stage investment, exposure to Silicon Valley resources and opportunities, early stage companies , Silicon Valley VCs & accelerators, investors, top notch Universities and cool start ups from US and abroad.

Where do you get the projects and do I have a choice in picking the projects?

We get projects from our partners and network in the different industries as well as through our affiliations with Silicon Valley Innovation Center, Singularity University, Berkeley, The French Tech hub, Plug'n'Play and others. We also develop in house prospects and projects around our portfolio of start-ups. The projects are primarily focused on business strategy, business development, consulting, VC, IPO readiness and M&A. In general students have to be comfortable with working in different domains and across disciplines and be ready to roam between practices to accomplish real life objectives.

What does the day-to-day look like?

We have daily or weekly scrums, and we are very diligent about it as long as they involve real world projects and customers. We have internal slack channels, shared github repos and trello boards. We have a weekly retrospective and iteration planning.

We use Asana, Trello, Slack, Hubspot, Medium, LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, WeChat, Instagram and any other possible tool out there to secure instant communications to get the job done.
